The Spinning workshop in Milan on February 19 Days 16, 17 and 18 April will be held three workshops for hand-spinning, during which you can learn the basic techniques needed to transform the fleece of the sheep into yarn. The first workshop devoted to the preparation of the fiber, is also referred to those interested in other techniques such as feltraggio. During this workshop we will start from a level succido carded or combed fiber to get ready for the various processes successive.Negli other two workshops, however, we will explore the basics of spinning the spindle and the wheel.
All the workshops are expected to last at least 5 hours and at a cost of 105 €, including the use dei materiali messi a disposizione dall’insegnante.I workshop si terranno in italiano e in inglese. L’insegnante Deborah Gray, scozzese innamorata dell’Italia, ha un’esperienza venticinquennale di filatura a mano e tiene regolarmente corsi sia per principianti che avanzati.
